“Hello! I had an important task that I could not do myself: I live in an upstairs apartment and just bought a new bed to replace my old one. The bed arrived in two crates that were too heavy for me to move, let alone lift! My needs were for my old bed to be moved downstairs to my garage for another company to tow away, and for the crates to be moved up to my bedroom. The two gentlemen who came were able to move my new bed upstairs, and they also unpacked it for me and installed it! I was hoping I could ask them to do that anyway, but they did it without prompting. The picture show the crates that were in my garage, and shows them laying out the new mattress. I could not have done any of this myself. They were also very nice and very rapid in responding to my posting on Thumbtack. I was surprised that I could get anyone in such a quick turnaround time. I would definitely recommend their services!”

“Talya replaced two ceiling fans for me and did an excellent job. She arrived on time, was professional, and clearly takes pride in the quality of her work. What really impressed me was how she handled an issue with one of the existing fans. She discovered that it had not been properly mounted. Rather than simply installing the new fan on an unsafe or unsecured mount, she pointed out the problem and took the extra time to go to the nearest hardware store to get the parts needed to mount it correctly and securely. I really appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. I would definitely recommend Talya and Champ Services and would gladly use her services again.”
