“Jake is absolutely amazing. He was extremely responsive, thoughtful in his work and helpful. He was able to figure out a difficult request to add recessed lighting in out family room without causing any damage to the ceiling. I asked him while he was in the attack to bring down empty boxes for us. Jake is very honest. The other request was to add ceiling fans in three bedrooms. After installing in one of the fans in the bedroom he realized that it was not in code due to the proximity of the smoke detector. He offered the option of moving the smoke detector. We chose not to do that option and put the light fixture back. Jake was very understanding of our decision and took the fan down. We explained to Jake that we are selling our house and needed to move fast to get this work down. The fans were not arriving for a few days however adding light to the rooms was very important. Jake came and did the wiring in the 3 bedrooms and thought of the idea to put fixtures while we waited for the fans. This caused him to make multiple visits. He was more than happy to do that for us. He didn’t charge extra we gave him extra because we were so appreciative. Any negative reviews that Jake has received should be ignored. There are bad customers and unfortunately Jake has had to deal with them. You will not go wrong by hiring Jake. We have started making our list of things Jake will do for us in our new house.
