“Jason was great and helpful however I didn’t give 5 stars because my issue was just a clogged vent pipe that he suggested I call my apartments to have cleaned. He didn’t actually perform any repairs but did show me the clogged area. I’m aware diagnostics rate is $75 but I kinda feel like I could’ve gotten a bit of a break on that rate considering no repair was done. Definitely cheaper than having to get a new dryer though. So it was what it was.”

“I have to admit that I was extremely nervous about trusting someone new with my dryer and roof vent. However, Ethan was calm, patient, and reassuring when I called. He sent his technician, Brandon, who came to my home not once, but three times because of the significant buildup in my vents.Brandon was consistently patient, kind, and professional while servicing my home. I cannot thank Ethan and Brandon enough for assuring me that they would get to the bottom of the problem. They also took the time to explain what was happening throughout the entire process.Because of their outstanding customer service and 90-day warranty, Anchor Appliance Repair will be my first call for any future appliance issues or concerns. Thank you, Ethan and Brandon, for going above and beyond!”
