“He was able to make tackle 2 extremely difficult bathroom exhaust fans, one of which he had to go into a hot attic. He was very nice, professional, and did not complain once. He will now be my fix it man for all my projects.”

“I recently had the pleasure of hiring Gibson Electric Services to fix the electrical wiring in my home, and I am extremely impressed with the exceptional service I received. From start to finish, this company demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a strong commitment to resolving the issue. To begin with, scheduling the appointment was a breeze thanks to Melody, the person I spoke with over the phone. She was friendly, accommodating, and ensured that the appointment was set at a convenient time for me. Her professionalism and helpfulness gave me confidence in the company right from the start. On the day of the repair, I was introduced to two outstanding technicians named Tim and Hawk. These individuals went above and beyond to address the problem, despite having to work in the sweltering heat of the hottest day of the year. Their dedication and work ethic were truly commendable. Tim and Hawk tackled the issue by meticulously investigating the wiring in my attic. They worked diligently, sparing no effort to identify the root cause of the problem. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. They remained focused and determined, ensuring that every aspect of the repair was handled with utmost precision. Not only did Tim and Hawk successfully fix the electrical wiring, but they also took the time to explain the entire process to me. They patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable insights into maintaining the system in the future. Their professionalism and willingness to educate the customer truly set them apart. Overall, my experience with Gibson Electric Services was exceptional. From the moment I scheduled the appointment with Melody to the final completion of the repair by Tim and his crew, the entire team demonstrated unmatched professionalism, expertise, and dedication. I highly recommend Gibson Electric Services to anyone in need of electrical repairs. They have exceeded my expectations and have become my go-to company for all electrical needs. If I need work done in the future, I'm calling Melody!”
