Responsiveness was great; answered my request for an estimate within a few hours. Had follow up questions to figure out the full scope of work and provided a value estimate. Upon accepting the estimate, my project was scheduled in the desired timeframe. Great communication that continued with a reminder text the day before and ETA of time expected at site on the day of installation. Work quality exceeded expectations. Ross is very knowledgeable. Explained the look of exterior door trim to us and gave us options of what we could do. We went with his advice of using a 2x2 pine (plan to paint our trim) vs. traditional brick molding, so that the door trim could still have a reveal. Our space for trim was limited due to being an older home. The demo of the old door, jamb, storm door and installation of new pre-hung door was very efficient, and his assistant kept the job site clean, swept, vacuumed and took away all the debris. At the end, he recapped what was done and gave us tips to troubleshoot the threshold in the years to come if things settled. A lovely experience that I would wish for any homeowner needing a door installation. They also install decks and fences. I could only think with same quality and expertise.”
