“II hired Rio Epoxy Flooring to install a polyaspartic coating on my garage floors and patio. Initially, the floors were not as smooth or as shiny as I had hoped. After I notified them about the issue, they promptly returned the very next day, resanded the surface, and applied a fresh new layer of polyaspartic coating. Their quick response and commitment to making sure I was happy with the result truly impressed me. The floors now look outstanding—much smoother, glossier, and closer to the showroom-quality finish I was aiming for. Throughout the entire process, the Rio Epoxy Flooring team was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Their willingness to quickly address any concerns and stand behind their work really sets them apart. I am genuinely impressed by the high level of customer service they offer and their clear dedication to customer satisfaction. I still have a few more areas that will need flooring work in the near future, and based on this positive experience, I fully intend to rehire Rio Epoxy Flooring. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality workmanship and excellent service. See attached photos for the beautiful garage and patio floors!”

“We had an overall great experience with LM Design! We had several areas of cracked floor ceramic tiles in our home that needed to be repaired, and they did a great job replacing them! We unfortunately had a limited amount of matching supplies, so they used what we had and then used a touch up to fix the less important or visible spots. They gave us free virtual and in-person quotes, had reasonable pricing, and were quick to respond. For the day of the job, they were punctual, worked quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly. We couldn't be more pleased and would definitely recommend them for a project!”
