“I called Alex and sent him a video of my leaky pipe. He called me back within an hour and told me it was my tub drain leaking. I had painters at my house so I needed this fix asap. He said he could be there that day to fix it. He gave me a price which was very reasonable. As he was doing his work he came across another issue and he was able to fix that as well at a reasonable price. He was able to finish everything within a couple hours and my painters can continue finishing their work. I will be calling him to do some more plumbing work. He is a top notch and honest plumber.”

“Jeff’s team was great. Responsive, flexible and were able to make it out quickly to help. Knowledgeable and will definitely hire them again!”

“He called when he was on his way (which I really appreciate as most contractors don't). He was very professional, on time, did the job very well and pricing was very fair. We would hire him again for any further jobs we might have and will definitely recommend him to family and friends!!”

“I recently hired Aiken Plumbing to install all of my heating and cooling systems, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From the initial contact to the final walk-through, their communication was top-notch. They kept me informed each step of the way explaining my options clearly without any high-pressure sales tactics. The crew was professional-they arrived on time, were respectful of my home, and maintained a clean workspace throughout the project. The work quality is exceptional! The installation is clean, organized, and the systems are running perfectly. I live and work in Belmont, Massachusetts, and I would highly recommend Aiken Plumbing for anyone in the greater Boston area, looking for reliable, plumbing and heating and cooling experts.”

“Excellent service! I had a very difficult drain backup that was causing water from upstairs to back up into my basement sink. The problem turned out to be a stubborn blockage with roots in the drain line. The technician took the time to properly diagnose the issue, used different methods to clear the blockage, and ran a camera through the line to make sure the problem was actually resolved. What really impressed me was that they didn’t just guess or try to sell me unnecessary work, they kept working until they found the source of the problem and got everything flowing properly again. The difference is night and day. Everything is draining normally now, and after dealing with this problem for a while, it’s a huge relief. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and persistent. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone dealing with a difficult drain or sewer problem. 5 stars!”

“Marcelo was quick to respond and solve my plumbing issue! Will definitely use them again in the future.”
