“He gave us a very fair quote that included extra drywall patch and paint work. What set him apart was that he took the time to explain the root cause of our issues, exactly how he was fixing them, and how we can prevent them in the future. He even offered a follow-up check in a few weeks to ensure everything is 100% in place. Professional, transparent, and high-quality work. We will definitely be using Guerrero Tile & Remodeling for our future projects!”

“He has renovated our walls, popcorn ceilings, painting, installed new doors, moldings, trim work, stairs, bathrooms, new basement, deck, etc. His prices are fair, he shows up early for work, stays late when needed, occasionally works on weekends (for urgent deadlines) and always wants to make sure you are happy with his work. He is always friendly, always has a smile on his face, positive attitude and never says no. He has done many projects for me and I plan on using him again for future work.”
