Ergeon's Project Manager was a true project manager with focus on technical details, measurements and schedule precision. We communicated by phone and text for the purpose of ensuring agreement and considerate of my availability. We walked the property twice to get the requirements perfect.The Ergeon installation workers were experienced and equally precise. They worked hard and methodically. They let me know what to expect on the next day's effort. After the job was done and I signed off, I noticed a pole that was not perfectly vertical. They returned the same day I mentioned it and reset the pole. What a pleasure to watch dedicated workers.”
