“I hired Lapin to install a massive 12 by 20 ft. solid wood cedar gazebo onto a section of pavers in my backyard and was impressed by how well he and his partner easily put it together. He was punctual and got started right away. I was happy with how he took his time to perfectly center the gazebo and space the posts. Not only do I recommend his service and work to everyone looking for quality professional work but I plan on keeping in touch with him for future projects. Thank you Lapin I am beyond appreciative for the professional installation you completed today.”

“Supervised by Simon, Cezar and Carlos from Calstate Construction delivered exceptional flooring and painting services. Their attention to detail and professionalism exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.”

“We hired Ricardo to complete an unfinished underside of a countertop that our previous (very expensive!) renovation contractors had left incomplete: the wood was not sanded, it was left unsealed and open to damage, and gaps around the wood were not filled/sealed. It was great working with Ricardo to come up with the right materials and solutions. He took a lot of time and trouble with the details: repeated measurements of the area to fit the trim, sourcing the right wood and stain, preparing samples for comparison, properly smoothing and sealing the exposed wood, properly applying silicon caulking to fill the gaps. He also managed to fix a problem with the under-counter strip lighting! Ricardo was also very careful to tape down paper to protect the floors and he cleaned up all the areas he worked on, perfectly. The images attached are before and after, and the work speaks for itself.”

“Jose is very communicative and easy to work with. I had my old countertop and sink removed and a new countertop and sink installed within a week of contacting him for a reasonable price. His craftsmanship is solid.”

“Evan Beattie came by to my home to examine two retaining walls and a drainage issue. ”
