“Kenneth is top notch, I used him on 3 different properties he did some plumbing work, made some shelves to install in cabinets, repaired water leak under sink, installed ceiling fan, doorbell, changed tub faucets was on time, knowledgeable, professional and quality of work was outstanding, he’s just who I’ve been looking for to handle my rentals, locking him in. Very Satisfied!”

“Jordan and his team did a great job at completing several repairs and updates to our home. He was very considerate of the fact that we were out of state during this project, consistently informing us of all costs and progress points. It was also a great help that Jordan handled the subcontracted work of painting and electrical, without us personally having to coordinate multiple contractors on our own. He had the perfect combination of professionalism and personableness when communicating, and graciously assisted with all the changes and requests we made. On top of all that, he is fairly priced and was fully transparent with all charges. Couldn't ask for better and so glad we went with Spitzley Builds! Will definitely be our go-to for future projects”
