“After they finished with it, the porch looks fabulous. In the back, I asked A&C to put a redwood stain on the wooden floor and rails of the back porch. They put on two coats of stain while keeping to the tight schedule. I should point out that Alex installed three new rails to replace those that were missing or damaged even though that was not part of the original work order; he also took the initiative to cut out a piece of a tree that had grown between the boards that I had neglected to deal with for years. So, the back porch now has the protection of a stain and is more structurally sound than before. While all this was going on outside, another part of the crew repainted one of the upstairs bathrooms. Everything was done by the end of the day. My experience with A&C Services leads me to recommend them as an outfit that does an excellent job for a reasonable price and gives a high priority to customer satisfaction.”

“Corey & his team were proficient professionals. Corey is also personable & responsive. I want to work with skilled people that I also like & respect. Corey has proven to be just that. I have both large construction projects requiring bid submission and smaller jobs requiring a less technically skilled/expensive handy man/day laborer. Corey arrived at the property on time. He reviewed the different projects and was able to provide 2 day laborers within my budget. The guys were brothers & hard workers. Communication was a bit challenging, but Google Translate worked its magic. Corey was also available by phone throughout the day. They did a great job and completed 99% of the small jobs on the list. Only 2 items left were hanging a light fixture & mirror) I’m still waiting on Corey’s bids for the larger projects but, thus far I’d happily hire Corey & his team again.
