“Outstanding workmanship punctual”

“Luis and his team worked on our siding replacement, replacement exterior rot wood on our front door and remodel our bathroom for these past couple weeks. His team did a wonderful job on our siding and exterior front door reframing. We ending up used his team to remodel our bathroom. His price was reasonable and quality of work was good. We will use him and his team again in the future.”

“From the quality of the materials to the woodwork and cabinetry to the lighting and the pop-up outlets, every detail was thoughtful and beautifully executed. What impressed me most was her love for the project and the way she truly listened to what I wanted. She asked questions, offered smart suggestions, and never rushed a single decision. She has a natural eye for for what is aesthetically pleasing and knows how to balance beauty and function with a perfectionist’s commitment to getting things exactly right. She has trusted relationships with specialists (electrician, plumber, structural engineers etc.), and coordinates with them to make sure everything is safe and seamless. Tan is talented. Her pricing was reasonable, her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. As a woman, I had some prior bad experiences with contractors who had either overcharged or underproduced, or both. For this reason, I intentionally chose a small local woman‑owned business for this project, and Tan’s craftsmanship and professionalism confirmed my choice was the absolute right decision. Working with her was truly a pleasure and I am already planning other projects for her to build. I would recommend Tan to anyone looking for high‑quality craftsmanship and a contractor who genuinely cares about the final product. She makes sure her clients are thrilled with the final result — and I absolutely am. Here are before and after photos.”

“I cannot speak highly enough about Potomac and their high level of service. Even though they probably had much bigger jobs to do, they were responsive and respectful of my worries and concerns. They replaced my front door, and it fits perfectly in the frame with no gaps or air blowing in. They also replaced plywood and insulation damaged by a long existing water leak. The carpentry is precise and looks beautiful. For a 64YO woman on her own, it’s a great relief to know Potomac Restoration is out there.”
