“Luke did some terrific work for us - including interior trim carpentry in a new mudroom/kitchen area, and repairing our porch ceiling. He was quick to respond and worked fast & skillfully - we’re pleased with his craftsmanship and love how it turned out. We have a 1911 home & he helped to create a complimentary trim style to our specific wishes. Luke consulted with us on wood choices and finishes, and accommodated our requests.”

“Colin and his team did a great job renovating my basement. They communicated throughout the process, walked me through my different options, and made modifications around existing foundation challenges. We love the space, highly recommend!!”

“We recently hired Ethan at Circadian Builders to help us get our home ready for the market, and we couldn't be happier with the results. He took on a variety of projects for us, including closet door installation, window frame repairs, trim installation, and other touch ups. From start to finish Ethan was a true professional. His communication was excellent and he kept us fully informed on his progress, explained his process clearly, and was always responsive to our questions. We also really appreciated how clean he kept the workspace, it made living through the renovations much easier than we expected. The quality of his work is outstanding. His attention to detail is top-notch, and everything looks crisp, professional, and ready for potential buyers. In fact, our house sold in less than a week! We would highly recommend Ethan and Circadian Builders to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality home improvement work.”
