“I recently hired JCB Home Improvements for a serious roof leakage issue, and Im extremely satisfied with their service. Their team conducted a full inspection, explained the root cause in detail, and suggested the best long-term solution instead of a quick patch. The repair work was completed efficiently with high-quality materials, and since then, there has been no leakage even after heavy rainfall. Very professional and trustworthy company.”

“They convinced me that I shouldn't touch my roof or chimney and didn't ask for any money. It's surprising to find nowadays a trustworthy contractor who will recommend something for your benefit.”

“Justin even included a chimney inspection through Spotless Chimney for no additional cost. The inspection reports were generated on the same days during which results were gathered. They included thorough documentation of the entire property including detailed photos. Justin is a hardworking, honest, and qualified inspector. I would definitely hire him again for future inspections. His reports have helped me confirm my decision to purchase the home, and that is why I decided to hire an inspector. I can’t believe people are buying houses without paying a little more for a home inspection, especially when you can call Justin.”

“I’m so pleased with the work Best way completed at my home!”

“Brendan , the field inspector, was on time, knowledgeable , and explained all aspects of the job clearly. I highly recommend these guys !”
