“When we moved into our house this year, it had a gas insert fireplace that I could not get working and wanted to have safely inspected. Our technician responded to my inquiry immediately and arrived exactly when he said he would. Several other companies had declined the job because they did not want to work on a gas insert. Not Chimney and Flue Experts. Our technician had it running within about five minutes, but still took the time to thoroughly clean and service the unit, improve our setup, and make sure I knew how to operate it properly. He was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and professional throughout. Truly outstanding service, and we will absolutely use them again.”

“DMV responded quickly to our inquiry and inspected the chimney of a home we are renovating. They provided photos, a clear explanation of what we were seeing, and recommendations moving forward. The estimate was reasonable, the job was scheduled in a timely manner, and work was completed yesterday. Seeing the after-photos, the word we kept repeating was “Wow!” In one day, it has been solidly repaired and cleaned. Excellent work.”

“So I turned off my pilot light in June, not really thinking about how I was going to turn it back on since it's like 20 years old. Thankfully AL came to the rescue! He was punctual, responsive and showed me how to use my gas fireplace! I would recommend this company for value and expertise!!! thanks AL!!!”

“Fantastic work cleaning and inspecting our chimney and wood stove.”

“From start to finish, the whole process was smooth. They explained everything clearly, gave me options, and made sure I was happy before leaving. Couldn’t ask for better service.”
