“I had this company come out to my house this morning for seasonal start up to light my pilot and get my logs going for the year. My remote was also not communicating with my fireplace. The technician was super friendly, professional, and courteous and very knowledgeable. He had everything up and running in under five minutes. I highly recommend the company and will be using them moving forward in the future.”

“Could not recommend Chimney and Flue Experts more highly. When we moved into our house this year, it had a gas insert fireplace that I could not get working and wanted to have safely inspected. Our technician responded to my inquiry immediately and arrived exactly when he said he would. Several other companies had declined the job because they did not want to work on a gas insert. Not Chimney and Flue Experts. Our technician had it running within about five minutes, but still took the time to thoroughly clean and service the unit, improve our setup, and make sure I knew how to operate it properly. He was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and professional throughout. Truly outstanding service, and we will absolutely use them again.”

“Had two fireplaces that needed inspection. We had a miscommunication on time, but he made time later in the afternoon and did the inspection and cleaning the same day.”

“Marvin and his team showed up and were very thorough and helpful to identify the issues and the repairs needed. Will be calling him again for all my fireplace / chimney needs.”
