It was not an emergency because although my kitchen sink was leaking into the basement, It was not leaking when we didn’t use it and I could still run my dishwasher. Jake figured out that the leak to the basement was coming from the garbage disposal, but there was another smaller one leaking under the sink coming from the faucet due to it was loose fitting. He replaced my garbage disposal and my kitchen faucet. He also fixed two other things that I had not called about, but had mentioned, a toilet that was moving back and forth and another toilet that wouldn’t shut off after being flushed (the first was a little involved, but no charge on the second one). He was exceptionally concerned about the toilet that moved since he felt it was unsafe to sit on. He did not have everything he needed on the first day so he was willing to come back over the weekend to finish up, which he did. As he was leaving, he stopped to put a shutter back up on my window that had came off from a previous storm (no charge). I am going to use Jake in the future for other plumbing or handyman type jobs. He appears to try his best at getting the job done right and reasonably.”
