“I have been a electrician for 20 years. Over the years ive met a lot of different Heat and air techs. David is very knowledgeable and worked until he had diagnosed the problem. He cares about his work and his customers.”

“All service was great and very professional. Both technicians were very courteous. Only wish I didnt need a new A/C unit. They will be installing new one next week. So I had to leave room for improvement. At this point they really should have a 5 star rating!Day 2 : they came back with four technicians and very professionally installed our whole system in one day! So the rating went to five stars!”

“Great communication and professionalism.”

“Dawson from Prothermal Heating and Cooling came out today to do a Fall checkup and safety status on our 16 year old furnace. He was very friendly, professional and performed an exhaustive inspection of our heating system and duct work. He left a detailed status report for both the upstairs and downstairs systems.Would highly recommend their service.”

“On time for estimate visit. Answered all questions cormpletly. Scheduled the new system install for my convenience. Arrived om time, completed the work in 4 hours as promised. Jacob was professional after estimating, and doing the work. Left site cleaner than when he arrived.”

“John gave me a 2nd opinion on a $2,000 issue with my air conditioner, found by another company. He confirmed the issue was correct, but was able to fix it quickly and with no parts! I highly recommend John and Specialized Aire Systems. Thanks, John!”
