“When we moved into our house this year, it had a gas insert fireplace that I could not get working and wanted to have safely inspected. Our technician responded to my inquiry immediately and arrived exactly when he said he would. Several other companies had declined the job because they did not want to work on a gas insert. Not Chimney and Flue Experts. Our technician had it running within about five minutes, but still took the time to thoroughly clean and service the unit, improve our setup, and make sure I knew how to operate it properly. He was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and professional throughout. Truly outstanding service, and we will absolutely use them again.”

“My remote was also not communicating with my fireplace. The technician was super friendly, professional, and courteous and very knowledgeable. He had everything up and running in under five minutes. I highly recommend the company and will be using them moving forward in the future.”

“Requested a custom chase and dummy vent, installed professionally to satisfaction. Richard and Dwight were patient and professional when asking for additional validation and photos. I highly recommend them and will recommend them to my neighbors”
