“Having never hired a home inspector before I really didnt know what to expect. I found LaCorte Inspections on another site . He is licensed which I thought was a given- but its not. Stephen promptly called and explained to me the entire process. He spent over 3 hours inspecting the small 3 bedroom home. After the inspection he spent over an hour with me explaining his findings and recommendations. I had him do mold testing and air testing to rule out radon and carbon monoxide. The tests had to be mailed out. They came back quickly. He emailed the results and within minutes of receiving the results he was back on the phone with me explaining the results. I emailed a contractor and mentioned Stephen - he replied something like Stephen LaCorte - best of best in home inspections . He is the best of the best . I want to start flipping houses so I can use him again. 10/10! You wont be disappointed!”

“The inspector was thorough and methodical, not just checking boxes. If you're buying a home and want an inspector who will give you the full picture, not just the highlights, Sparks Inspection is the one to call. Highly recommend.”
