“Eddie came out right on schedule to inspect and perform maintenance on our gas fireplace. The whole process was seamless, from reaching out to the office for a quote to making the final payment. Military discount was honored. I had an appointment scheduled within a week of making the initial call. Eddie fielded a few questions I had about our fireplace during our appointment. Very satisfied overall.”

“What a great experience! As someone who has OCD and loves everything clean and organized, having this company in my home was an absolute pleasure. They work cleanly, efficiently, and in an organized manner, and they are incredibly professional. Most importantly, they did an EXCELLENT job cleaning out my HVAC duct and vents! I can breathe easy knowing my ducts and vents are clean, and the air in my home feels incredibly fresh.Im so grateful to have found this company and highly recommend them! If youre looking for a professional, thorough, punctual and reliable team, look no further!”

“I never had a fireplace before and didn’t know how to operate it. Bobby came over and showed me how to operate the unit and made sure it was operating well. He was honest and didn’t try to tell me other things were wrong with it like another company did. He simply showed me how to work it. I will is him to service the unit when winter comes. I now know how to use it. Thank Viking and Bobby.”
