“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I hired Valentin at Chicago Floors Installation Corp. to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my basement after initially thinking I would tackle the project myself, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! I found Valentin on Thumbtack, and he responded almost immediately. Within just a few days, he was installing my flooring! He is a true professional, and the quality and speed of his work are incredible. He flawlessly installed over 1,000 square feet of flooring in less than two days, even without his helper! What impressed me just as much as his workmanship was his communication and customer service. It was so refreshing to work with a contractor who was responsive, reliable, and genuinely cared about doing a great job. He also worked with me to stay within my budget, which I really appreciated. My new floors look absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Valentin and Chicago Floors Installation Corp. and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for future projects. An all-around fantastic experience!”

“It's hard to find contractors who are reliable, consistent, and committed to seeing a project through from start to finish. Many contractors do quality work, but what truly sets Sercan apart is his professionalism, responsiveness, and positive attitude throughout the entire process. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, addresses issues promptly, and is always willing to work with you to find solutions that meet your needs. No matter the challenge, he approaches it with patience, respect, and a friendly attitude that makes the entire experience stress-free. What makes him one of the best contractors I've worked with is his combination of excellent customer service, flexibility, and fair pricing. He genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and goes above and beyond to ensure the job is done right. If you're looking for someone who is dependable, easy to work with, and delivers great value for the money, I highly recommend him.”
