“He educated us on flooring types and walked us through purchasing engineered hardwood. He went above and beyond with removing carpet and laminate and even though he ran into problems removing the carpet he did not charges us extra. He kept the work site tidy and took great pride in his workmanship. He even ended up painting a difficult stairwell for us. I felt safe having him in our home. The floors are so beautiful as well as the new floor boards. Do not hesitate in hiring Rich!”

“The hallway floor had become noticeably worn, especially in the areas that received the most traffic. Replacing it gave me an opportunity to make the entrance look cleaner and more updated. Builders of the South carried out the flooring work with careful preparation and attention to the edges and transitions. The installation was handled in a neat and well-organized manner throughout. The finished floor has made the hallway feel completely refreshed. It looks cleaner, more consistent, and much more welcoming than it did before.”

“Scheduled and quickly came to do work. Two long days of work but I am very happy with my new flooring. Rustu is polite, reliable and hard working. He did an excellent job and even made friends with my dogs.”
