“★★★★★ William did an exceptional job installing our floors, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. His workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and the finished floors look absolutely beautiful. What impressed me most was William’s honesty, professionalism, and communication. He kept me updated throughout the entire project, clearly explained the progress, and made sure everything was done properly. He was dependable, trustworthy, and genuinely cared about the quality of his work. It’s not always easy to find a contractor who combines excellent craftsmanship with honesty and great communication, but William does exactly that. I would highly recommend William and Family Flooring & Tile to anyone looking for quality flooring work. I would absolutely use him again for future projects.”

The walls look flawless, the lines are clean, and the entire apartment feels completely refreshed. They were punctual, respectful of my space, and kept everything clean throughout the project. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work provided.”
