“I purchased my flooring through them and also had their team handle the installation. The pricing was very fair, the installation turned out great, and any issues that came up along the way were handled quickly and professionally. I especially want to recognize Sophie, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Anytime I had a question or something needed attention, Sophie made sure it was taken care of. She followed through, kept things moving, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was happy with the final result. That level of customer service is hard to find and made a huge difference in my experience. FMP Flooring stood behind their work and made sure everything was right. Between the fair pricing, quality work, and especially the outstanding service from Sophie, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.”

“They removed the old carpet from my stairs and installed beautiful hardwood, and the transformation is incredible. The workmanship is very clean and detailed — every step looks even, secure, and professionally finished. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and took the time to answer my questions. The area was kept neat while they worked, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. I’m very happy with how my stairs turned out and would absolutely recommend CV Floors to anyone looking for reliable, skilled flooring work.”

“Johnathan and the team did a great job removing and installing our new kitchen.”
