“I purchased my flooring through them and also had their team handle the installation. The pricing was very fair, the installation turned out great, and any issues that came up along the way were handled quickly and professionally. I especially want to recognize Sophie, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Anytime I had a question or something needed attention, Sophie made sure it was taken care of. She followed through, kept things moving, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was happy with the final result. That level of customer service is hard to find and made a huge difference in my experience. FMP Flooring stood behind their work and made sure everything was right. Between the fair pricing, quality work, and especially the outstanding service from Sophie, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.”

“The entire installation process was easy, quick, and incredibly smooth from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally, the communication was great, and the finished floors completely transformed the look and feel of our home. We’re genuinely thankful for how seamless the experience was and couldn’t be happier with the results! A special shout-out to Malik for getting everything set up. He made the process that much easier and pointed me in the right direction. We truly appreciate it and would happily recommend this experience to anyone looking to upgrade their home! ✨🏡”

“I was having him install a new bathroom vent light:fan. Workmanship a clean up after was done well. Nice work”

“In my lifetime I have required the services of a tile installer. I expect high quality and expect to pay for it. Never, ever have worked with anyone as highly skilled and easier to work with. Rich is above and beyond. Wish I knew him earlier.”
