“I purchased my flooring through them and also had their team handle the installation. The pricing was very fair, the installation turned out great, and any issues that came up along the way were handled quickly and professionally. I especially want to recognize Sophie, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Anytime I had a question or something needed attention, Sophie made sure it was taken care of. She followed through, kept things moving, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was happy with the final result. That level of customer service is hard to find and made a huge difference in my experience. FMP Flooring stood behind their work and made sure everything was right. Between the fair pricing, quality work, and especially the outstanding service from Sophie, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.”

“The window installation was excellent. These were high dollar windows. Interior and exterior trim matched the windows on other floors. I would highly recommend their work.”

“I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your entire team for the work you completed in our living room and kitchen. The finished work was exceptional, and your attention to detail, craftsmanship and pride in the job were obvious. I especially want the young men who were in our home doing the actual work to know that their effort did not go unnoticed. They conducted themselves professionally, listened to what we wanted and followed through with quality work. Please make sure this message is shared with each of them. We have experienced issues and disappointing outcomes with other projects in the past, so it was genuinely refreshing to see people work hard, take pride in their craft and care about the finished result. Good leadership matters in this industry, and it was obvious in the way the project was managed and in how your team approached its work. Your pricing was fair and solid, and the quality and service justified every dollar we paid. You communicated clearly, did what you said you would do and handled our expectations exactly as professionals should. I believe good work deserves to be recognized just as directly as problems need to be addressed. You and your team earned that recognition. We are enjoying our home even more because of the work you completed, and I would gladly hire you again and confidently recommend you to others. Thank you for a job exceptionally well done.”

“From start to finish they did an amazing job replacing some damaged hardwood floors for me. He was professional, kept the space clean, very reasonable on price and did a fantastic job. We are incredibly impressed and satisfied with the results. Highly recommend for any flooring / paint projects. I would hire them again for any future needs.”

“Excellent pricing for quality of product and worked. They were able to pick up another job in our community. Highly recommend, having them comeback to do porches.”

“The floors completely changed the look of our home. I highly recommend Simon to anyone looking for a reliable and professional flooring installer. Thank you for the great work!”
