“I purchased my flooring through them and also had their team handle the installation. The pricing was very fair, the installation turned out great, and any issues that came up along the way were handled quickly and professionally. I especially want to recognize Sophie, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Anytime I had a question or something needed attention, Sophie made sure it was taken care of. She followed through, kept things moving, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was happy with the final result. That level of customer service is hard to find and made a huge difference in my experience. FMP Flooring stood behind their work and made sure everything was right. Between the fair pricing, quality work, and especially the outstanding service from Sophie, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.”

“And very important, his assistant literally got down on his hands and knees to wipe the floor of dust where Scott sanded before he stained our front doors. How often do you see that anymore? Usually you're lucky if you get a quick Swiffer. That's indicative of the care he took with his tasks. Extremely high quality and meticulous. We simply can't recommend him highly enough!”

“Excellent pricing for quality of product and worked. They were able to pick up another job in our community. Highly recommend, having them comeback to do porches.”

“The floors completely changed the look of our home. I highly recommend Simon to anyone looking for a reliable and professional flooring installer. Thank you for the great work!”
