We did have to buy more tile, mastic and grout, but he replaced the loose tile and replaced the grout. He said he’d come back after Christmas to do the repair and he’s a man of his word which we appreciate. We were disappointed with the initial job, but because of his integrity, we would recommend him and will be hiring him again to install the backsplash in our kitchen! Thank you, Marco.”
