“They handled painting, plumbing, sink installs, and all of the flooring throughout the entire house, and every part of the process exceeded expectations. What really stood out was their eye for aesthetics and problem solving — whenever something tricky came up, they always had thoughtful solutions that made the final result look even better than we imagined. We specifically wanted the floors done with little to no visible trim/transitions, which is not easy to pull off cleanly, and they absolutely nailed it. The finish looks seamless and incredibly high end. Beyond the actual craftsmanship, they went above and beyond constantly. They helped with countless small things that technically weren’t part of the job, were incredibly generous with their time and scheduling, and repeatedly came back without even being asked just to make sure every detail was perfect. That level of care is rare. They were also extremely clean, respectful, communicative, and just had a great energy to work with overall. The house was always left spotless, and they made a stressful renovation process feel easy. On top of all that, their pricing was more than fair for the quality of work delivered. Honestly one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had. Could not recommend them more highly.”

“Overall, I was pleased with the quality of the tile installation. The craftsmanship was solid, the grout lines were clean, and the finished work looks professional. The installer was courteous and completed the project in a reasonable time-frame. The reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 is that the tile layout was not centered properly within the space. While the installation itself was done well, the lack of proper centering affects the overall appearance. Before installation, my husband marked the area with arrows to show how the tile layout should be centered within the space. While it is only noticeable to us, it is significant enough that we felt it should be mentioned in an otherwise positive review. That said, the workmanship was good, and I would consider using this installer again, while being sure to discuss layout details more thoroughly before work begins.”
