“Was given a good job at a price that fit within my budget. Desirable painting always has a good reference with me.”

“Hired Max for a job installing LVP floor. Had a few schedule challenges on my end, some on his end but ultimately was easy to work with Max to reschedule and get the project done. I purchased the floor, they delivered it late, then delivered it late again to the second promise date, then had to work around my work trips, Max's schedule, then our work from home schedules over about 6 weeks from the day Max first quoted the job. Easy to work with them through all that. Overall work was completed as promised during the original quoting and installation looks good. can't ask for much more than that. Adding before and after photos. Just shy of 500 square foot of flooring installed total.”

“The work included painting my garage and awnings, concrete repair on my stairs and porch, installing flooring in my showers, and some interior painting. Oleg also took care of several smaller projects such as fixing a screen door, replacing outlets, installing a new lighting fixture, and repairing a bedroom closet door. The quality of the work was excellent. Oleg was knowledgeable across all of the different types of projects I needed completed and even offered helpful suggestions along the way. He used quality materials and took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. What really impressed me was that he managed to complete all of this work in just two days. Communication throughout the project was solid. From my experience, coordinating with contractors often requires flexibility, but whenever I reached out with questions or for updates, Oleg always responded in a timely manner—usually within 24 hours or sooner. He and his team were professional, respectful, and clear about their arrival times and work hours, which they consistently followed. Another highlight was how well he stayed within budget. We had a low-pressure conversation about costs up front, and he honored the free estimate provided without any surprise charges. Despite the number of small projects I asked him to handle, he completed everything within the agreed budget. On top of that, Oleg went above and beyond by handling the shopping for materials himself, which was a huge time-saver for me. Overall, I would strongly recommend Oleg to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor. In contrast to some past experiences I’ve had, he was professional, transparent about pricing, and committed to doing quality work. I felt reassured throughout the process, and I’m very satisfied with the results.”
