“I am extremely pleased with the work completed by MPro Flooring! They recently installed my new flooring and refinished my stairs, and the results turned out beautifully. The transformation has made a wonderful difference in the overall appearance of my home. From the initial visit, Marcelo was pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to discuss the project, and the pricing was competitive compared to other quotes I received. I appreciated the professionalism throughout the process and the quality of the finished work. The team did a great job with both the flooring installation and stair refinishing, paying attention to detail and delivering results I am very happy with. I would definitely recommend MPro Flooring to anyone looking for quality flooring services and stair refinishing at a competitive price. Thank you, Marcelo and the MPro Flooring team, for a job well done!”

“I had a great experience with FMP Flooring and would definitely use them again. I purchased my flooring through them and also had their team handle the installation. The pricing was very fair, the installation turned out great, and any issues that came up along the way were handled quickly and professionally. I especially want to recognize Sophie, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Anytime I had a question or something needed attention, Sophie made sure it was taken care of. She followed through, kept things moving, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was happy with the final result. That level of customer service is hard to find and made a huge difference in my experience. FMP Flooring stood behind their work and made sure everything was right. Between the fair pricing, quality work, and especially the outstanding service from Sophie, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review – Highly Recommend William! I highly recommend William for any flooring needs! I contacted him because some areas of my flooring were starting to lift, and from the moment he arrived, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. William quickly identified the root of the problem, which was the lack of a proper vapor barrier. Not only did he fix the area that was coming up, but he also took the time to explain the issue and provide helpful recommendations and other options to prevent future problems. What impressed me most was his honesty, expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond rather than simply fixing the immediate issue. If you have ANY flooring needs, I would definitely recommend giving William a call. His professionalism, quality of work, and customer service are outstanding. You will not be disappointed!”
