“We are trying to replace the carpet on the second floor with engineer wood. The job is nicely done in three days with very good quality. The contractors are easy to communicate, they listen to our request carefully and get the job done. Definitely recommend.”

“Not only did they remove the old construction-grade carpet in our recently purchased home, but they installed absolutely gorgeous hardwood floors. They listened to our vision, provided thoughtful recommendations for future projects, and worked efficiently. The transformation was stunning, and we’ll definitely work with them again. Highly recommend MGS Flooring to anyone looking to elevate their home!”

“Alex responded quickly to my request for an estimate and came out to the house. He was able to send me an estimate the same day, and begin the work within 48 hours per my request. He installed a corner shower, closed and sealed off a window in the bathroom, and put up the sheet rock in the entire bathroom. He left a clean work space, sent me pictures of the project at each step, and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Professional, organized, and exceeded expectations!" We hired BH Construction and Development for a major home renovation, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the first consultation, their professionalism was clear—they didn't pressure us and provided a fully itemized list of costs so there were no surprises. The work quality is absolutely top-notch. Our project manager, Ethan, was incredibly detail-oriented, ensuring every finish—from the tile work to the structural framing—was done with precision. They transformed our space into something even better than we had envisioned. What really set them apart was their responsiveness. We received clear, daily updates on progress, and they were always available to answer our questions promptly. They even managed to finish ahead of schedule without cutting corners. If you’re looking for a reliable team that respects your home and your budget, look no further!”
