“Have been coming to Gatlinburg for now almost 50 years. Finding a contractor / subcontractor who is dependable, competent and reasonable. Not so with Ronaldo and his associate. They gave me a quote to stain my deck and replaced some boards that had warped. They started promptly and worked diligently until the project was completed. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them an 11 ! An incredible positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend them for a variety of jobs. They do deck work, interior and exterior painting, construction and remodeling.”

“Built a beautiful, sturdy, high quality fence, installed a 20 foot flag pole, repaired our roof, and was able to troubleshoot and rebuild a support beam that no one else could figure out on our back porch. Great communication, pricing, and quality work! 10/10”

“Excellent pricing for quality of product and worked. They were able to pick up another job in our community. Highly recommend, having them comeback to do porches.”

“The floors completely changed the look of our home. I highly recommend Simon to anyone looking for a reliable and professional flooring installer. Thank you for the great work!”
