“My floors and walk look amazing.”

“He finished installing the oven within an hour. We are SO thankful that the oven wasn't installed "willy-nilly, just get it in any old way and be done with it". They have already power-washed the failed deck sealer from the decks and will reschedule to re-apply. We have an issue with a concrete pad that they have agreed to replace.Premier Home Renovations does quality work and stands behind it. Their employees are qualified and professional. We give them our highest recommendation.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Professional, organized, and exceeded expectations!" We hired BH Construction and Development for a major home renovation, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the first consultation, their professionalism was clear—they didn't pressure us and provided a fully itemized list of costs so there were no surprises. The work quality is absolutely top-notch. Our project manager, Ethan, was incredibly detail-oriented, ensuring every finish—from the tile work to the structural framing—was done with precision. They transformed our space into something even better than we had envisioned. What really set them apart was their responsiveness. We received clear, daily updates on progress, and they were always available to answer our questions promptly. They even managed to finish ahead of schedule without cutting corners. If you’re looking for a reliable team that respects your home and your budget, look no further!”
