“Great work, very communicative and responsive, very fair rates. Replaced some window screens and installed a (very tricky) window AC. Will hire for future work!”

“Luis and his crew did a great job installing our new flooring in our family room! Definitely recommend them!”

“I hired Mario with Prime Home Renovation LLC to remove the existing carpeting and install luxury vinyl plank flooring in two bedrooms of my rental property. Mario kept me updated throughout the project, answered my questions, and was accommodating throughout the process. Since I was managing the project remotely, I especially appreciated his communication and willingness to provide updates. The new flooring looks great, and I appreciate the work he and his team put into completing the project. I would recommend Mario and Prime Home Renovation LLC to anyone looking for flooring installation services.”

“We hired Erik with Hardcore Property Solutions to clear underbrush from around our mature trees and to cut saplings. He did a great job opening up the property. We have also hired him to demolish an old shed and haul off truckloads of steal beams and scrap metal. He and Brian are very professional and easy to talk to. They listen and are enthusiastic about your project. Offering suggestions to help you see different sides to your project that you might not have thought of. We have already hired him for several more projects.”
