“We are trying to replace the carpet on the second floor with engineer wood. The job is nicely done in three days with very good quality. The contractors are easy to communicate, they listen to our request carefully and get the job done. Definitely recommend.”

“I hired this company to remove crappy carpet from my son's basement studio and install vinyl plank flooring. The job was completed very quickly without compromising quality! The space has been transformed and we are so happy that we will hire them again to do the rest of the basement.”

“Alex was very responsive, came out to give me a quote right away and was able to fit in my project. Great price, great quality. I will be using House Renovation Services again!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Professional, organized, and exceeded expectations!" We hired BH Construction and Development for a major home renovation, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the first consultation, their professionalism was clear—they didn't pressure us and provided a fully itemized list of costs so there were no surprises. The work quality is absolutely top-notch. Our project manager, Ethan, was incredibly detail-oriented, ensuring every finish—from the tile work to the structural framing—was done with precision. They transformed our space into something even better than we had envisioned. What really set them apart was their responsiveness. We received clear, daily updates on progress, and they were always available to answer our questions promptly. They even managed to finish ahead of schedule without cutting corners. If you’re looking for a reliable team that respects your home and your budget, look no further!”
