“Absolutely fantastic job! Don’t look any further. You will not be disappointed at all. Marvin and his team finish my house in less than two days. And the quality is top-notch.”

“We will be using them again when the time comes to replace some flooring in our house!”

“They left my dirty terra cotta tiled floor sparkling. The job took exactly the amount of time they estimated beforehand. Communication was excellent. Highly recommended.”

“Floors look amazing and I’m very impressed. I will definitely refer All American Floors to everyone I know. Thanks again”

“It started when Omar took time to do an estimate on our floor during Easter. The man has a family and drove an hour to us for the estimate! You do not find someone with that sort of character anymore. While and Victor were here for the past two days they respected our home as theirs and we considered them as family. The did a wonderful job on our tile project. Omar made sure each and every tile was square and level. It it didn't look right he redid it. I am telling you, A-Spec is who you need to call for your tile needs. They also do more than tile repair, actually, we will be having them back for anything else that needs to be fixed. Call them, they are terrific!”

“craftsmanship it was just top-notch,from the flooring and kitchen finishes to the bathrooms and lighting, everything was done with care and precision. What stood out most was how smooth the process felt. Timelines were respected, any questions we had were answered, and we always felt informed along the way. Renovations can be stressful, I really know that, but this experience was surprisingly seamless.”
