“I called Patel requesting he do a mold test from a pipe that burst in the attic causing possible mold once the pipe ceiling and a wall was repaired. He met me there same day & determined there was no mold. He recommended we get air ducts cleaned so we hired him to do it. We can't say enough about his knowledge and professionalism!”

“Loved that they showed up and got the work done in a timely manner and that they kept us posted each day as to where they were at.”

“I had a foundation concern. They responded quickly and I had an appointment within a very short time. They were excellent communicators, very professional, and very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a foundation assessment and possible remediation plan/estimate. Very honest and trustworthy. 5 stars.”

“Michael from Falcone did a thorough inspection of my issues and gave me a clear concise estimate for repairs.”
