“Chris Marquart came to my house in Milton to inspect my sinking floors. Chris was very thorough and helpful. He explained exactly what we needed.”

“I had searched the internet looking for someone to help with my crumbling foundation. Once Thumbtack contacted TOP Notch, the owner contacted me and came out to estimate the crumbling foundation. In less than a week my job was completed at a fair price. Jason kept me aware of what was happening at all times. I noticed he worked his guys hard but there was always a reward at the end. Jason worked hard and these things are what make you keep your employees. Top Notch has truly been an answer to my prayers. Thank u TOP Notch!!!”

“Our outdoor steps were falling apart after 26 years of usage, literally. Kennedy Revamp saved the day, week, and month for years to come. I am shocked by his skillset, and all work performed. It was nearly impeccable. He listened to how I wanted things done, and incorporated his own ideas into the complete rebuild. He made it happen. Mr. Kennedy is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He got the job done right. Great open communication lines, and service. 100% satisfied. I could not have expected my stairs being rebuilt any better, by someone else. Fair pricing, and great service, book an estimate immediately, if you need help. I recommend Kennedy Revamp with 5 stars. Thank you!”
