“Lapin installed our 10x12 Purple Leaf hardtop gazebo on November 5, arriving right on time at 8:30 AM and working through to 5:00 PM. He worked independently while I was in a meeting and got the job done. His English is limited, but we communicated fine about the work. He does good work — I would hire him again and recommend him.”

“We had pantry / storage cabinets installed, along with wood flooring and baseboards installed in 3 bedrooms . Hallway , baseboards and 1 bedroom painted. We are already talking to him about more projects!”

“He arrived on time, completed the installation quickly, and did an excellent job. I also really appreciated that he cleaned up after himself when he was finished. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him!”

“Each crew from Demo, to installation, to finish were all friendly, respectful, and answered all my detail oriented questions during the process. Andrew, the PM, was always responsive whenever technical questions arose. I would recommend this company for someone looking for a stair remodel.”

“We hired Los Angeles Property Construction to build a security wall across the length of our property last month. They had to match the existing part of the wall that was already built and did a beautiful job matching what was already there. They even completed the entire job in even less time than they originally proposed, which was a pleasant surprise. While they were working, their team also noticed a leak coming from a hot water heater pipe outside the home and quickly proposed a solution to fix it. We never would have caught it if it wasn't for their team! Juan and Josue run a tight ship and I hope to work with them again in the near future on other projects we have in our home. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.”
