“He asked me if I was interested in learning how to install the light fixture with the hope I could do it next time on my own. It felt like my dad was teaching me in the best of ways. He did a fantastic job, had great attention to detail, and even recommended some spots I visit as I’m new to the area.”

“He did amazing, good quality work on our marble backsplash. He's trustworthy, professional and honest. We will use him again when we have a chance.”

“I had a wonderful experience working with Essential Living Construction on multiple projects: bedroom wall repair, fence removal, repaired and painted a retaining wall and the front door. The options were laid out clearly and they followed through on every promise made in the contract. The repairs were handled quickly and professionally. Contractor Oscar Barajas kept me updated throughout the process. There were no surprise expenses at the end. The crew kept everything neat and clean during the repairs and after completion. I would highly recommend Essential Living Construction for any home project.”

“Harrod Brothers are doing a great job in building and remodeling. They have been following in the footsteps of their dad who has a name in building quality homes for many years. If you want things done right and in a timely manner they are a good team for the project!”
