“Before I met Tim, we had a back room extension project go south due to the negligence of the previous person we hired, and it was ultimately left in a sorry, unfinished state. We wanted to find someone to complete the project, but had some trust issues, so we wanted someone that we knew we could completely trust. Tim was that person. I found his Thumbtack profile and originally messaged him about installing drywall on the interior walls. He promptly responded and was completely transparent about the work I messaged him about. Within the next few days, Tim came by, saw the poor quality of work, and politely declined the work that I originally messaged him about. He explained that due to how structurally unsound the framing was, he didn’t want to continue with installing the drywall. Instead, he fixed the framing and other inconsistencies in the previous person’s work as best as he could. His professionalism, honesty, kindness, and transparency drove us to hire him to finish the project. This included reinstalling windows, fixing the framing. finishing the interior and exterior, installing electrical outlets, and installing an AC unit. He was honest enough to let us know about some parts of the project that he felt uncomfortable with, but his network allowed him to finish the entire room. We’re even hiring him to paint both the interior and exterior. Tim is one of the most professional, honest, and kind people that I have ever worked with. If we ever need any more work done, Tim is our go-to from now on. If anyone else needs any work done, I would definitely recommend him. Because of what he did for us, if I could give him 10 stars, I would. He’s the man! Eduard T.”
