“They took care of the mold remediation and fully dried out the house. What really helped was how they handled the insurance side. They worked directly with our insurance company and were able to get everything covered which made the whole situation a lot less stressful for us. They even waived our $2500 deductible which we did not expect and really appreciated. They might be a newer company but you can tell they have been doing this for years. Very professional, responsive, and they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Nexgen Property Restoration to anyone dealing with water damage.”

“If youre looking for a restoration company that genuinely cares about its customers and delivers exceptional results, look no further. Chris and his team are simply the best.”

“I asked DRC to inspect another companys mitigation work after having doubts about the thoroughness of the other companys work. DRC quickly inspected and produced a report that was instrumental in getting the work corrected to industry standards. Money well spent - and next time Ill call DRC to begin with.”

“He and Ryan quickly cleaned the affected areas and proceeded with the dry out. The price was affordable and we are once again completely happy with their services. We had a leak in our office that resulted in mold. Our call to PuroClean Temecula resulted in fast friendly service. Their office immediately dispatched a technician, Rod, to our office. Rod explained the procedure very thoroughly, so we felt at ease with what was about to happen. We received a fair estimate and hired them right away. Rod and Ryan arrived on time on demo day, did a great job in keeping us updated on the status, and the place was left neat and tidy. You wont find a nicer pair of guys than these two. Dani in the office kept us updated with scheduling; she is a sweetheart that is very knowledgeable about her job. We wouldnt hesitate to hire this team if the need should arise. Owners Jon and Carly are there to help when you need them. This is truly a team effort to make the customers feel comfortable with the process. We will recommend PuroClean Restoration Temecula for anyone needing mitigation or mold remediation. Keep in mind, they can also do the rebuild! This is truly a one stop shop for your needs.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Robert & his team. His lead guy, Mike, worked very hard & long hours to get our job done (3100’) in a day. ”
