“If you ever had a bad experience working with a Contractor, and you select EGM youll be pleasantly surprised how attentive and responsive Edgar and his team are to your concerns and questions during your project. From our very first meeting with Edgar there was never one issue that he was not willing to discuss and explain thoroughly - on a few occasions more than once.We plan to age in place so this was an extensive bedroom/bathroom remodel project . Wide pocket doors were installed, the bathroom was stripped down to the studs and new plumbing and drywall was installed along with a beautiful new roll in shower created allowing ample space to accommodate a wheelchair if necessary in the future. At each step of this project, Edgar was present guiding the team of workers. Additionally, we received excellent communication on the workers daily scheduled start and end times. The workers were all very professional and respectful of our home. At the end of each days the workers made sure things were cleaned and tidied up and debris was removed.I highly recommend you do yourself a huge favor and select them for your project, youll be glad you did and so pleased with the end results - I know we are!”

“Sanchez Construction proved themselves to be consummate professionals throughout my garage renovation project, which involved installing drywall on the walls and ceiling insulation with drywall. From their punctuality to their respectful demeanor, their professionalism was impeccable. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the work. The drywall installation on the walls was flawlessly executed, while the ceiling insulation and drywall work were done with precision. Moreover, Sanchez Construction's dedication to excellence ensured that the project was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe, with meticulous attention paid to every detail. The final result exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be more satisfied. If you're seeking a reliable and skilled team for your construction needs, I highly recommend Sanchez Construction for their professionalism and outstanding work quality.”

“Excellent workmanship. Very professional. I will use them again for sure.”

“Stuart is knowledgeable about different trades. He communicated about running in little late, coming from another job. He did some painting for me and did the job as expected. I’d hire him again.”

“Evan Beattie came by to my home to examine two retaining walls and a drainage issue. ”

“I researched almost a dozen debris and junk removal companies when we decided to do some landscaping in our backyard and needed to remove some rocks and concrete. Many of the companies we reviewed had great reviews and seemed like fantastic choices. However, after we spoke with management and received quotes, Epic Cleanups was by far the most professional, most responsive, and most reasonably priced. When they arrived they were kind, professional, extremely well prepared and fast! And might I add, it was 99 degrees when they did the work. We no longer will ask “who do we call when we need to have something removed or hauled away.” Epic Cleanups exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend.”
