“Met Ricky and crew when I had a flooded bathroom and thought my fans dried the place enough. It wasnt until they tested my walls and found they were still wet inside and mold was starting to grow. My house and health are better for it today. No out of pocket cost or upfront payment sold me but the service brings me back and I refer everyone I know to them.”

“They were AMAZING and did an AMAZING job. Got all the stains out. My new go to rug/carpet cleaners.”

“I have never ever worked with a company that is more caring about there customers! As I worked with them, every step of the way I was treated as I was more important than money itself. I would definitely recommend.”

“Vasko was the best tile contractor we have ever dealt with. Great workmanship and attention to detail. They kept the work area Extremely clean during the process of installing 2 rooms and a master bath. When complete they left all areas clean and ready to use.I would highly recommend this company.john nowak...calusa lakes”

“Meeting Sean & Your Local GC was as smooth and easygoing a process as it comes with contractors. in a field where most of them are dishonest and rip you off sean was very honest and worth every penny that this job cost. especially after I got screwed by a prior contractor who delayed me for months and overcharged me sean was a breath of fresh air and made the process very very smooth”

“Perfect job”
