“Neil was a fantastic contractor. This was our first experience tackling repairs and house construction. I was very nervous but Neil made sure to take his time in explaining the process and managing expectations. He was very helpful in answering any questions and or concerns. He made a concerted effort to always give me options based on cost versus aesthetics. I appreciate his expertise and opinions and would highly recommend his services.”

“813 Contractors has a quick response time and offers a valuable quote. We got new floors throughout the house and bedrooms and a new kitchen countertop. Their attention to design detail is an asset. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. This company stands by the quality of work and will ensure that the customer is completely satisfied before the job completion. As a small company, there are some challenges with meeting timelines and effective communication of arrival times of the workers. Allow time for quality work.”
