“I had a toilet that was leaking into my basemen 🤮 After multiple companies coming & telling what they thought the issue was (HUGE dollar figures) but not actually removing the toilet to figure out the ACTUAL issue, I gave it one last go with Josh before feeling completely defeated. He came, removed the toilet 😳 & actually figured out the issue wasn’t as big or expensive as companies had been telling me. I’m naturally an over worrier/thinker. Josh was SUPER patient with me & my 100s of questions. He walked me through step by step of what had to be done in order to repair the leak & also showed me what he was doing throughout the repair process. Needless to say, after over a month with no working toilet to my upstairs bathroom, the repairs have been made!! Josh was communicative, honest & VERY fairly priced. I’ll def be calling him up in the future if any repairs happen to arise.”

“Right on time repair came in and got right to work on removing my old toilet and replacing it with a brand new one”

“Michael is an outstanding contractor with over a decade of experience. He is extremely professional and takes the time to walk through every project, making sure I fully understand the process and feel comfortable with the final decisions. (Which was so needed because I know nothing and can get stuck in my head!)As a first-time homeowner who purchased a fixer-upper, it was incredibly important for me to find someone I could trust since I knew renovating was going to be a long time project.Over the years, he has helped me with a wide range of projects. In 2023, he completely renovated my bathroom from the ground up, including a new shower and tub, toilet, flooring, vanity, as well as installing overhead lighting and outlets that didnt previously exist. In 2024, he installed brand new laminate flooring throughout my entire first floor, repaired unexpected roof leaks, installed windows and new insulation, installed a dishwasher from scratch, added butcher block countertops in my kitchen, alongside weatherproofed and painted my exterior siding. Most recently, in 2026, Ive hired Simmelink Home Services again to transform my attached garage into an additional bedroom and add a custom bathroom.Looking ahead, I fully plan to continue working with Michael for future projects, including installing a backyard fence and eventually renovating my barn into a two-car garage. As a woman, I especially appreciated having someone in my home who made me feel both comfortable and informed throughout every project. On top of that, his pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work he delivers.Five stars all around!”
