“We called Gary and requested an estimate for 7 punch list items, 2 days later I had the estimate and it was reasonable for the work and materials. We scheduled for the next Monday and by the end of the day the job was done complete with a FaceTime call to verify all items are complete. I will use Gary again if I need anything done around my rentals.”

“We will definitely hire Joe again. Very knowledgeable and skilled. He is easy to communicate with and very professional. We hired him for some carpentry work but he was also able to replace our thermostat while he was at the house. With our 110 year old home, it’s only a matter of time before something else breaks and we plan to call Joe again!”

“Jeremy responded quickly to the posting, gave a fair estimate and had someone complete the work within a week of being contacted. Bob was a true craftsman a did a beautiful job with the molding.”

“It was also a great help that Jordan handled the subcontracted work of painting and electrical, without us personally having to coordinate multiple contractors on our own. He had the perfect combination of professionalism and personableness when communicating, and graciously assisted with all the changes and requests we made. On top of all that, he is fairly priced and was fully transparent with all charges. Couldn't ask for better and so glad we went with Spitzley Builds! Will definitely be our go-to for future projects”
